Broccoli Soup with Leeks and Thyme
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a soup pot, saute the leeks and thyme in butter until softened. Add the broccoli and broth and boil covered until the vegetables are tender.
  2. Puree the soup in a blender until smooth.
  3. Return the soup to the pot, adjust the seasoning, add the ham to warm, and serve.
